- Determine the power of the desiccant following intake temperature, rated flow rate and pressure value and environmental temperature;
- Select the filtering device according to dryness, namely, dewpoints;
- Select several stages of filter according to pollutants levels and dust content, determine the type of filter;
- Determine pipeline configuration based on dryness, oil content and dust contents;
- Install an air filter at a workplace with a large amount of airborne particulate matter to protect compressors and ensure purification effect;
- Other standards must comply with relevant provisions of“Air Compressor Station Design Standard”;
- In entire compress air system，tank plays an important role in stabilizing flow rate，cooling and waste discharge，it can store gas，therefore will be selected tank according to liquid level,gas discharge requirements when designing compressors and desiccant units.
