El enorme veh\u00edculo est\u00e1 totalmente cargado con 3 piezas de compresores de tornillo de dos etapas, tres piezas de compresores de tornillo silenciosos miniseries con tanques de aire, ocho piezas de tanques de aire de 1000L, tres piezas de secadores de aire y seis juegos de accesorios. Tardamos unas 3 horas en terminar este proyecto. El rotor adopta un nuevo perfil de ahorro de energ\u00eda y alta eficiencia, que produce un extremo de aire estable y de alta eficiencia;<\/p><p>2. El cabezal neum\u00e1tico adopta un dise\u00f1o de compresi\u00f3n independiente de dos etapas, relaci\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n constante y baja velocidad.<\/p><p>3. La compresi\u00f3n en dos etapas reduce la relaci\u00f3n de compresi\u00f3n de cada etapa, las fugas internas y la carga sobre los cojinetes.<\/p><p>4. Se utiliza refrigeraci\u00f3n por pulverizaci\u00f3n de aceite entre cada etapa para que todo el proceso de compresi\u00f3n alcance la compresi\u00f3n isot\u00e9rmica y se mejore la eficiencia adiab\u00e1tica.<\/p><p>5. Los rotores de dos etapas son accionados directamente por engranajes helicoidales respectivamente, y la eficacia de transmisi\u00f3n de la compresi\u00f3n es mayor.<\/p><p>6. Los rotores de gran di\u00e1metro y baja velocidad y las reducidas fuerzas de apoyo mejoran la vida \u00fatil de los rodamientos y otros componentes.<\/p><p>7. El motor principal es un motor de imanes permanentes de alta eficiencia y bajo consumo con un nivel de protecci\u00f3n IP55, cuidadosamente seleccionado en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades de la aplicaci\u00f3n del compresor de aire.<\/p><p>8. Todas las m\u00e1quinas alcanzan los est\u00e1ndares nacionales de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, aislamiento de grado F y aumento de temperatura de grado B, para evitar eficazmente la entrada de polvo.<\/p><p>9.
