Kendaraan besar itu benar-benar dimuat dengan 3 buah kompresor sekrup dua tahap, tiga buah kompresor sekrup diam seri mini dengan tangki udara, delapan buah tangki udara 1000L, tiga buah pengering udara, dan enam set aksesori. Kami membutuhkan waktu sekitar 3 jam untuk menyelesaikan proyek ini. Rotor mengadopsi profil rotor baru yang hemat energi dan berefisiensi tinggi, yang menghasilkan ujung udara yang stabil dan berefisiensi tinggi;<\/p><p>2. Ujung udara mengadopsi kompresi independen dua tahap, rasio tekanan konstan, dan desain kecepatan rendah.<\/p><p>3. Kompresi dua tahap mengurangi rasio kompresi setiap tahap, kebocoran internal, dan beban bantalan.<\/p><p>4. Pendinginan semprotan oli digunakan di antara setiap tahap sehingga seluruh proses kompresi mencapai kompresi isotermal dan efisiensi adiabatik ditingkatkan.<\/p><p>5. Rotor dua tahap digerakkan secara langsung oleh roda gigi heliks, dan efisiensi transmisi kompresi lebih tinggi.<\/p><p>6. Rotor berdiameter lebar dan berkecepatan rendah serta gaya bantalan yang kecil meningkatkan masa pakai bearing dan komponen lainnya.<\/p><p>7. Motor utama adalah motor magnet permanen hemat energi berefisiensi tinggi dengan tingkat perlindungan IP55, yang dipilih dengan cermat berdasarkan kebutuhan aplikasi kompresor udara.<\/p><p>8.
