Piston Ring
Piston rings are precision engineered components used in internal combustion engines. They create a seal between the piston and the cylinder wall, allowing for compression of the air-fuel mixture. The oil rings scrape excess oil off the cylinder walls and help to control the amount of oil that leaks into the combustion chamber, ensuring efficient lubrication and minimising wear on the valves and crank shaft.
Suction and Exhaust Valve
Suction and exhaust valves are made from imported Swedish-special valve steel, precision machined, ground, and stress relieved for optimal strength, ductility, and impact resistance at high temperatures.
Air Filter
Air filters are designed to effectively filter out harmful particulates from incoming air while providing excellent noise-reduction capabilities.
Cylinder Head
The cylinder head is a key component of an engine, as it houses the combustion chamber where air and fuel mix to create the power for the vehicle. It also features closely-packed air passages, which allow for good heat dissipation.
Connecting Rod
The connecting rod is an integral part of a compressor’s performance. It is precision machined, bored and kept within ideal design requirements for parallelism, ensuring that the compressor runs smoothly and balanced with minimal oil loss.
Cylinder
The internal diameter of the cylinder has been precisely machined and ground for maximum durability and wear resistance.
Bearing
High-quality imported bearings are used to ensure long-term durability and performance.
Crankshaft
The crankshaft is forged with high-quality steel, has high strength, and the wear parts are all surface hardened for excellent wear resistance. It comes with balancing weights for less vibration.
