Many industries that require low pressure air still use screw air compressors with a pressure range of 0.7-1.0 MPa, which wastes a significant amount of electricity by using pressure reducing valves to meet the requirements of compressed air usage. In response to the call for energy conservation and emission reduction, Nanxiang has developed low pressure screw air compressor (One stage VSD screw type) based on market demand.

High-efficiency Centrifugal Fan (Customized)
The centrifugal fan boasts several advantages, including a large cooling air volume with stable and uniform air pressure. It also has a large heat dissipation area, resulting in a noticeable cooling effect. Additionally, it has overcome the challenge of poor cooling performance in high-power air compressors with wind cooling, and has significantly reduced noise levels by 5-4dB(A).

Energy saving air intake control system
The new specialized design of the integrated air valve includes a wide range of air adjustment, minimal pressure loss, stable operation, and a long lifespan. This compressor is designed to meet the needs of professionals and provide efficient and reliable performance.

Equipped with a high-efficiency fin-type large heat exchange area cooler, the compressor boasts a surplus of 30% in heat exchange capacity, resulting in excellent cooling performance. It can operate normally even in an environment with a temperature as high as 45℃.

Increase customized oil separation system
The compressor is equipped with a customized oil separation system to ensure that the air contains less than 3ppm of oil. Additionally, the internal pressure of the compressor is kept low.
