Portable Air Compressor
The compressor uses a set of powerful and accurate ATS (automatic thermostat) to keep the lubricant temperature in a constant range after the compressor starts, so as to ensure that the compressor exhaust air temperature reaches above the compressed air dew point temperature, avoid condensation and water precipitation, and prevent oil emulsification.

Air End
Featuring six bearings, Morse taper connection, stable pressure and quietness, small floor area, large size and an integral body.

Motor
IE4 Permanent Magnet Frequency Conversion Motors are highly efficient and energy-saving motors, thus reducing electricity costs.

Intake Valve
The vertical smart intake valve is designed to provide a more effective control of air intake. This intake valve can be easily adjusted to alter the rate and pressure of the airflow through it, which allows for improved performance and fuel efficiency.

Fan
Fans are a great way to increase air flow and keep your system running cool. They provide increased cooling with low noise levels, making them an ideal choice for cooling sensitive systems.

Filter
An external air filter is a type of filter that can be attached to the air intake of a vehicle or system. It is designed to capture and remove dust, dirt, allergens, pollutants, and other unwanted particles from the incoming air stream with the goal of improving performance or preventing damage.

Control Panel
The control panel of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is designed for easy operation. With intuitive menus and user-friendly buttons, the control panel allows users to easily program and monitor any automated system.

Inverter
Heavy-duty standard inverters are renowned for their reliable performance. They are used in a variety of applications including motor speed control, power factor correction and energy efficiency optimization. Inverters convert direct current (DC) electricity into alternating current (AC), making them an essential component in any electrical system.

Frequently Asked Questions
The integrated screw air compressor refers to a type of air compressor that includes a built-in air storage tank. It is designed to supply compressed air continuously and efficiently by combining the functions of compression and storage. The integrated design saves space and simplifies installation, making it suitable for various industries.
The built-in air storage tank requires regular maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of the entire system. The tank needs to be inspected periodically to check for any signs of corrosion, leaks, or damage. The drain valve and safety valve also need to be checked and maintained. In addition, the compressor should be kept clean and the filters should be changed regularly.
During operation, attention should be paid to several important factors. Firstly, the compressor needs to be operated within its rated capacity to avoid overloading and overheating. Secondly, the compressor should be placed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating and ensure proper cooling. Finally, proper safety precautions should be taken when operating the compressor, such as wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following all relevant safety guidelines.
