Model number remarks: “F” as fixed speed, “V” as VSD, “G” as GHH-RAND air end can be an available standard configuration, “A” as air cooled, “W” as water cooled.Due to the potentially different rotation speeds of motors, the air flow rates of fixed speed represent the minimum in the range (i.e 30kW 8 bar 5.67m³/min), while VSD can reach the maximum at full loading.

Air End --- Ruggedly reliable 2 stage compression modules
The compressor air end boasts a worldwide reputation for zero failure and low maintenance cost. The GW-Series two stage compressor air ends lower the heat load of different stages. The 2nd stage rotors are constructed of stainless steel to resist moisture corrosion. (GHH-RAND air end is available)

Ultra Coating
The unique “Ultra Coating” adopts Molylbdenumdisulfide (MoS2) matrix compound, featuring high rigidity and unmatched adhesion and anti-oxidation properties, is robotically applied to the rotor’s surface to obtain the uniform coating, which can overcome high temperatures as high as 300°C. The Ultra Coating is as hard as metal and will only peel off when removed mechanically.
Additionally, the screw rotors are shot blasted before this coating process to improve the surface roughness to facilitate the coating adhering. The superior performance of the Ultra Coating helps the compressor units of the customers to realize the continuous operation overtime without diminish in capacity.
Rather than using the robotically uniform coating, most competitors apply flexible Teflon coating, which will fall out during constant operation due to the thermal expansion and water vapor corrosion, thus will generate increased rotor clearance. This situation will lead to 8%-10% diminished capacity and total operation cost of the unit increased.

Superior Sealing Design to Ensure Oil-free of The Air Compression Chamber
The compression units utilize unique triple sealing design and isolate the oil paths of the bearing lubrication from the air paths in order to ensure the oil free quality of the compressed air.
● SS Air Seal- Eliminates air leakage to oil path (bearing seat/gear)
● Labyrinth Oil Seal – Eliminates oil leaks to the airend
● Oil Discharge Seal – Once the oil leakage occurs in the above seals, oil seal will vent the oil to the atmosphere to prevent bearing oil from seeping into the air seal area.

Stainless-steel Rotors
The rotors are designed with stainless steel to prevent water vapor from corroding the surface of the compressor air end rotors and causing machine failure.
It adopts 3:4/4:6 ratio high-performance tooth profile. The gap between the rotors is as low as 0.01mm. It has low power consumption, low noise and high efficiency.

Synchronized Gear
The gear accuracy is AGMA level 13, with a long operating life, low transmission loss, and significantly reduced noise and vibration. The helical gear effectively reduces the axial load of the bearing, protects the bearing and extends its service life.

Intelligent Colored Touch Screen Control Panel
● Brand Options: PLT and INOVANCE, available model numbers: For fixed speed, MAM-860/880/890; for VSD, MAM-6070/6080/6090, IT7000/7070;
● Provides a user-friendly interface that displays real-time operating data, including max. 100-time status updates and fault alerts without time limitation;

Cooler
Independent inter-stage cooler and after-cooling, enlarged design, more suitable for working conditions; the air-cooling uses stainless steel pre-cooler and aluminium alloy fin cooler, and the water-cooling uses stainless steel, which has good heat discharge, small flow loss, high anti-corrosion performance, high duration & anti-deformation under high workload, long-term hot and cold conditions, and long service life.

High-efficiency IE3/IE4 Energy-saving (permanent magnet) Customized Motor
● Utilize the high-efficiency fixed speed IP54 motor and more energy-saving permanent magnet IP55 motor. Class F Insulation level as a standard, S.F. ≥1.2 to make sure the larger-size motor can stand high-volume (unstable) current and high temperature;
● Its bearings are heavy-duty SKF bearings from Sweden, which is approx. 70000 hours service lifetime @9 bar and its efficiency is 5%-10% higher than similar products;
● Run smoothly at higher rotation speed with low noise and vibration because of its high-balance precision.

Intelligent Double-VSD Inverter System
The system of permanent variable speed rotary screw air compressor features the use of high-performance vector frequency IP23 inverters from INOVANCE (CP-700 / MD-500), which is the top brand in China. (IP54 and IP65 available for customization)
It also boasts a user-friendly interface that allows for easy switching between Chinese and English languages, or even a third language such as Russian and Spanish. Additionally, an optional Internet of Things cloud intelligence system can be applied for the remote control.
