Air End
There are multiple compressor air ends installed in the box. If a single air end fails, other air end can back up and run by themselves, so there is no need to worry about the supply of compressed air being stopped.(Including belt drive air end, direct drive air end, permanent magnet frequency conversion air end.)

This intake air filter boasts a lifespan of up to 4000 hours. Its air filter is made of fiberglass material, with a filtration accuracy of ≥5μm and an efficiency of 99.8%. The filter also has a large filtration area, high precision, and a long lifespan.

Frequently Asked Questions
The oil-free scroll air compressor operates through the synchronized movement of a fixed and orbiting scroll, which creates a series of crescent-shaped compression pockets that gradually compress the air drawn into the working chamber. The compressed air is then discharged through an exhaust port located at the center of the fixed scroll. This design eliminates the need for oil lubrication, making it a more environmentally friendly and low-maintenance option for air compression needs.
An oil-free scroll air compressor requires regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Every 6 months or 1000 hours of operation：it is important to check the safety valve, clean the compressor, and for compressors with built-in dryers, wipe or blow clean the condenser fins and inspect and clean the electronic drain.
Every year or 2500 hours of operation：the intake filter should be replaced, safety valves and temperature protection should be tested, and the tension and condition of the V-belt should be checked.
Every 2 years or 5000 hours of operation: the fan, fan ducts, and main heat exchanger should be cleaned, and the drive spiral bearings should be lubricated.
