Sails To Africa!!–3 Sets Of High-efficiency Two-stage Screw Compressors
On June, 5th, 2022, three sets of high-efficiency two-stage permanent magnet variable frequency screw compressors were loaded to be shipped to our loyal and lovely Indian customer. The huge vehicle is totally loaded with 3 pieces of two-stage screw compressors, three pieces of mini-series silent screw compressors with air tanks, eight pieces of 1000L air tanks, three pieces of air dryers and six sets of accessories. It took us about 3 hours to finish this project. These compressors are delivered to be packaged carefully, and eventually set sails for Africa.
Features of High-Efficiency and Energy-Saving Two-Stage Compressor
1. The rotor adopts newly energy-saving and high-efficiency rotor profile, which casts a stable and high-efficiency air end;
2. The air end adopts two-stage independent compression, constant pressure ratio and low-speed design.
3. Two-stage compression reduces the compression ratio of each stage, internal leakage and bearing load.
4. Oil spray cooling is used between each stage so that the entire compression process achieves isothermal compression and the adiabatic efficiency is improved.
5. The two-stage rotors are directly driven by helical gear respectively, and the compression transmission efficiency is higher.
6. Wide diameter and low-speed rotors and small bearing forces improve the service life of bearings and other components.
7. The main motor is a high-efficiency energy-saving permanent magnet motor with a protection level of IP55, which is carefully selected based on the needs of the air compressor application.
8. All machines reach the national energy efficiency standards, F-grade insulation, and B-grade temperature rising, to effectively prevent dust from entering.
9. SKF heavy-duty bearings can ensure continuous, non-stop operation for a long time.
