During the commissioning of the air compressor factory, adjust to the specified pressure according to the customer’s needs, and then set a differential pressure.
For example: the compressor starts to start, to the air tank, to the pressure of 10kg, the air compressor stops or unloads, when the pressure to 7kg when the air compressor starts again, there is a pressure difference, this process can let the compressor rest, to protect the role of the air compressor.
Different air compressors have different methods of adjustment. One type has a fixed pressure differential set by the switch, with only the automatic shutdown pressure and maximum pressure adjustable. This has two screwdriver-adjustable knobs on the switch, which must be adjusted simultaneously; otherwise they will both start and stop together, burning out the electrical components. The other type adjusts starting pressure (low pressure) and stopping pressure (high pressure).
Air compressor pressure adjustment:
●Rotate the pressure adjustment screw clockwise to increase the closing and disclosing pressures simultaneously.
● Rotate the pressure adjustment screw counterclockwise to reduce the closing and disclosing pressures simultaneously.
