In which situations can an emergency shutdown be initiated?
If the following situations occur, the air compressor should be urgently shut down by pressing the emergency shutdown button, and the cause of the malfunction should be identified and resolved before restarting.
1.Sudden exceeding of specified values in current and discharge pressure gauges.
2.Sudden interruption of cooling water supply in water-cooled air compressors, leading to cooling interruption.
3.Excessive water and oil temperatures in certain parts of the air compressor, or when the automatic control system malfunctions, an emergency shutdown should be performed.
4.Unusual noises from the air compressor, such as metallic collisions and damage to components like cylinders, screws, and loose connections.
5.Decreased lubricating oil pressure or sudden oil supply interruption.
6.Serious leaks or leakage during the gas conveying process of the air compressor.
7.Strong motor vibrations or a burnt odor from the motor.
8.Sudden abnormal weather conditions, water ingress into the compressor station building, or emergency situations in the vicinity.
