7/24 Service Support
Service team averaging 5 years of experience, providing round-the-clock support to customers around the globe.
Oxygen generators use a process called Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) to separate oxygen from compressed air, delivering a continuous supply of 90–95% pure oxygen without the need for cylinders or liquid storage. This makes them ideal for medical facilities, wastewater treatment plants, aquaculture farms, and industrial cutting applications.

The 4:6 rotor design, based on advanced German technology, ensures higher main engine efficiency with lower energy consumption.
Under normal operation, maintenance, and servicing with original EternelComp spare parts, the GHH main airend is covered by a warranty of up to 10 years.
The solution includes: Food & Beverage Industry、Power & Energy Industry、Electronics & Semiconductor Industry、Mining & Quarrying Industry.
Equipped with a high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor, the compressor minimizes inherent energy waste during “no-load” and “low-load” operation.

An oxygen generator uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to separate oxygen from nitrogen in compressed air. The oxygen generator passes compressed air through a vessel filled with zeolite material, which traps nitrogen under pressure while allowing oxygen to pass through. This cycle alternates between two vessels, ensuring the oxygen generator delivers a continuous supply of 90–95% pure oxygen.
An oxygen generator requires relatively low maintenance compared to other industrial equipment. Key tasks for the oxygen generator include replacing inlet air filters every 1,000–2,000 hours, checking pneumatic valves for wear, and verifying oxygen purity with a calibrated analyzer. The zeolite media inside the oxygen generator typically lasts 10–15 years before replacement is needed.
Yes, a medical-grade oxygen generator can supply oxygen for respiratory therapy in hospitals and clinics. However, the oxygen generator must meet specific purity standards (typically 93% ±3%) and comply with local medical device regulations. A medical oxygen generator also requires additional monitoring, alarms, and backup systems to ensure uninterrupted oxygen supply for patient care.
A PSA oxygen generator produces oxygen on-demand in smaller volumes (up to a few hundred cubic meters per hour) using pressure swing adsorption technology. In contrast, a cryogenic plant produces very high-purity oxygen (99.5%+) in large volumes but requires significant capital investment and continuous operation. The PSA oxygen generator is more energy-efficient for smaller facilities, while cryogenic plants are better suited for large-scale industrial gas production.
When you are ready to order, please contact us to confirm the suitable solution & plan & model. What cannot be ignored is you should provide a copy purchase order to ensure that your order is processed properly.
The MOQ, or minimum order quantity, for sample orders is just 1 set. However, for compressors ranging from 3.7-55kw, the minimum quantity is 3-5 sets. For compressors over 55KW, the MOQ is 1-2 sets. It’s important to note that the MOQ can be adjusted based on your specific situation, so be sure to discuss your needs with our team.
