GHH-RAND Air End
The air end is manufactured on the latest CNC grinding machines and inspected using accurate 3D monitoring technology. A “fail-safe” shaft seal system eliminates oil leakage from the housing. Using the 3 O-rings unique design we minimize the down time of the compressor by indicating the need of replacement before breakdown.
What makes this air-end unique?
GHH-RAND achieves improved profile gaps and high precision dimensional and surface accuracy on all diameters through the implementation of a reverse-turning process using new tooling technology and a 5-axis machining of the housing.
With its semi-integrated design and major components such as inlet check valve, oil filter or thermostatic valve mounted directly onto the casing of the air end, air paths are shortened and optimized for minimum pressure drop, while air and oil connections are reduced to a minimum, drastically reducing opportunities for leaks, while making service and maintenance a lot easier.
High-efficiency IE3/IE4 Energy-saving (permanent magnet) Customized Motor
● Utilize the high-efficiency fixed speed IP54 motor and more energy-saving permanent magnet IP55 motor. Class F Insulation level as a standard, S.F. ≥1.2 to make sure the larger-size motor can stand high-volume (unstable) current and high temperature;
● Its bearings are heavy-duty SKF bearings from Sweden, which is approx. 70000 hours service lifetime @9 bar and its efficiency is 5%-10% higher than similar products;
● Run smoothly at higher rotation speed with low noise and vibration because of its high-balance precision.
Intelligent Double-VSD Inverter System (MD-500)
The system of permanent variable speed rotary screw air compressor features the use of high-performance vector frequency IP23 inverters from INOVANCE, which is the top brand in China. (IP54 and IP65 available for customization)
It also boasts a user-friendly interface that allows for easy switching between Chinese and English languages, or even a third language such as Russian and Spanish. Additionally, an optional Internet of Things cloud intelligence system can be applied for the remote control.
VSD Centrifugal Fan
The VSD centrifugal fan boasts the space-saving design, 20% more efficient cooling, and quiet operation. Its smooth performance and easy maintenance make it a reliable choice. Additionally, it features variable frequency control for constant temperature control and less electricity consumption.
Intelligent Colored Touch Screen Control Panel

● Provides a user-friendly interface that displays real-time operating data, including max. 100-time status updates and fault alerts without time limitation;

High-efficiency Oil & Air Separator
The oil & air separator boasts a lifespan of at least 8000 hours and is made of microfiber glass material. Its folding process ensures optimal performance, with air containing less than 3 parts per million of oil and oil mist particles measuring 0.1 micrometers or less.
Shell #46 Synthetic Lubricating Oil
The synthetic oil is an anologue of the Ingersoll Rand UltraCoolant that boasts a lifespan of up to 8000 hours. It helps with our air ends to work with a longer maintenance intervals.
MANN Oil Filter
This filter boasts a lifespan of up to 4000 hours, with a filtering precision of 10-15 microns or less. It also has a filtering efficiency of 99.5% or higher.
