Intelligent Control System

The Control System provides real-time monitoring of exhaust temperature, exhaust pressure, operating frequency, current, power, and operating status. It also allows for optional integration with an Internet of Things module and external cloud-based intelligent management system. Through a mobile device, users can remotely control and monitor the unit, including remote start and stop functions and online monitoring.

Features of this converter include variable frequency control for both the permanent magnet motor and cooling fan, as well as independent fan control. It also offers precise pressure control within 0.01MPa and temperature control at around 85℃ to ensure optimal lubrication without risking overheating. The system eliminates idle energy consumption by up to 45% and prevents excess pressure, which can increase energy consumption by 7% for every 0.1MPa increase in pressure. With a variable frequency range of 30% to 100%, it offers greater flexibility than typical systems. Additionally, it uses vector gas supply calculations to ensure that the air compressor’s output matches the user’s demand at all times.

This motor boasts an F-class insulation rating and an IP54 protection rating, making it suitable for use in harsh environments. Its split design allows for easy maintenance and repair. The absence of a gearbox results in high transmission efficiency, as the motor and main rotor are directly connected via a coupling. An independent cooling fan ensures that the motor remains cool even when subjected to variable frequency drives. The winding is equipped with PTC/PT100 temperature protection switches to prevent demagnetization due to high temperatures. The motor has a wide speed range, high precision, and a broad air volume adjustment range. Its high-temperature magnetic material, UH, can withstand temperatures of up to 180°C without losing magnetism. Compared to ordinary motors, the permanent magnet motor has a 3%-5% higher efficiency that remains constant even at lower speeds.
